18 complete floorball practices and in total 96 floorball drills to use on you floorball practice / training. The floorball drills are divided into stations to activate many floorball players at the same time on your floorball practice.
Floorball warm up drill – down to the right (b)
P2 starts the floorball drill with running with the ball towards the border, makes a turn towards the middle. P2 runs behind and receives a pass from P1. P1 transports the ball from the border towards the centre. P2 runs behind and receives a pass. P2 runs with the ball and passes it to P1 in front of the goal. P1 shoots the ball into the goal.
Floorball drill to the left. P1 runs with ball at the border and makes a turn towards the border. P2 runs past and receives a pass from P1 at the short end. P2 break in front of the goal and takes a shot. P1 takes P2 position and the floorball drill starts over again.
…or P1 runs into the middle and receives a pass from the P2 que, P1 takes a shot.
…or P1 runs into the middle and receives a pass from the P2 que, P2 and comes up after his/her shot and P1 and P2 play 1 on 1 towards the goal.
Floorball practice to the right
P1 runs with the ball at the border and turns towards the centre and creates therefore space for P2 at the border. P2 runs behind P1, P1 passes the ball to P2, who takes a shot or passes the ball back to P1 who takes the shot.
Make the floorball drill to the right 2-1 or 2-2
You can add one or two defensemen into this floorball practice to make it 2 vs 1 or 2 vs 2. The defensive players can follow P1 and P2 or meet up from the short end.
Fake a pass to the border
P1 can also make a pass feint towards the border and continue with the ball in the middle and take the shot. P2 goes then for the rebound.
Floorball shooting practices – Floorball Drill to the right
Player 1 starts the floorball excercise by running with the ball and taking a shot from the border. P1 heads for goal to catch a possible rebound, after that P1 takes a new ball behind the goal, and makes a pass to P2 in front of the goal, who takes a shot. P2 continues to corner to pick up a new ball and passes it to the next “P1” player. The floorball drill is repeated like in the beginning…
Make the floorball practice to the right (2-1 or 3-1)
Add a pass option and make the floorball drill as 2 vs 1 or 3 vs 1.
1. You can include one or two more players to this floorball drill. One player follows P1 and goes for the rebound, after this he/she defends against P1 and P2 (2-1 situation).
2. Two players comes out from the corner, one player goes like in the drill drawing and the second one goes straight to the first post. P1 choose who to pass to. The added player in the first sequence (above) works with defense (3 vs. 1). Player that has taken the shot picks up a new ball in the corner and passes the player who did not take the shot, that player pass up the ball to “P1” and the floorball drill starts over again.
