The head coach of a\u00a0floorball team has one main job.\u00a0He\/She has to get the most out of\u00a0the floorball\u00a0team during the season. Everyone wants to win the floorball\u00a0championship or the league title, but the reality of the situation is that only one floorball team will make it, and if\u00a0 that is the only goal you as the floorball coach and your team have,\u00a0to grade your performance only by\u00a0whether or not you have\u00a0won it all, there are going to be a lot of unhappy floorball coaches and players at the end of the year.<\/p>\n

So ask yourself.\u00a0Can you make your team better than it was at the beginning of the season?\u00a0Can you put up a set of different goals, measuring development in different areas,\u00a0where the league title of course can be one of the goals? Can you\u00a0turn your floorball players and team into a cohesive unit?\u00a0Can you teach your floorball players something about the game and teamwork and improve their outlook on life at the same time?\u00a0Maybe the first thing you should work on is promoting a positive attitude within your team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
